Willall Racing have a complete range of Plug and Play tuning systems for your Mercedes/AMG known as the ‘PHASE’ series.  Utilising a state of the art ’interceptor’ ECU all Willall Phase systems are designed to plug directly into your Mercedes/AMG and delivery leading edge performance, whilst being easily removable and leaving no digital fingerprint behind. 

 
 

A45/CLA45/GLA45

PHASE 1 TUNING

The Willall Racing PHASE 1 tuning system is the first step in the performance upgrades of your 45. Installed on its own PHASE 1 lifts the power of your 45 by 40kw (up to MY15 305kw , MY15+ 318kw). Independently tested performance figures back this up too with a best 0-100km/h sprint measured in 3.9 seconds, and an official time-card backed 12.01 @ 113mph solidifying the PHASE 1 performance credentials.

 

PHASE 1 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

- Adjusts fuel strategies to match Australian pump 98 and 100 octane fuel

- Fuel strategies are also in place for Euro 98/99 RON and US 93 MON

- Tailors the engine boost curve and response for optimal low end torque production

- Reduction of torque limiters in first and second gear for improved acceleration

PHASE 1 DYNO TESTING

NOTE: WE DO NOT RECOMMEND DYNO TESTING OF ANY 45 MODEL ON A CONVENTIONAL AWD ‘NON-LINKED’ CHASSIS DYNAMOMETER. EXPENSIVE 4MATIC DAMAGE CAN AND WILL OCCUR.

PHASE 1.5 TUNING

Utilising a world first with Willall Racings switchable map technology Phase 1.5 enables 45 owners worldwide the capability of switching between conventional gasoline and E85 fuels for an unrivalled 450hp of pure adrenaline from the 2.0 AMG Turbocharged engine

The components that make up the Willall Racing Phase 1.5 system are shown here. The well-known Phase 1 ECU system with Phase 1.5 mapping and 5 switchable engine modes is the heart of Phase 1.5. Instantly switch between 98 octane and E85 fuel at the push of a button. Along with this there are stock style, low octane and valet engine modes to use at your discretion. Teamed up with the 4515IS intake system and Caltex Eflex E85 (E70) fuel the performance of this system is massive, safe, and everyday drivable.

 

PHASE 1.5 SPECIFICATIONS AND NOTES

Phase 1.5 has the following features -

- Full system power is available using Caltex Eflex biofuel (E70)

- Fuel types (98/E85) can be switched on the fly

- Expect around 246awkw when running Phase 1.5 on 98 octane fuel

- Expect around 260+ when running Phase 1.5 on Eflex

- Other high octane fuel maps will be released for world markets where Ethanol fuels are not available

- All existing Phase 1 systems CAN be upgraded to Phase 1.5

 

PHASE 2 TUNING

Designed as a straight fit solution with simple installation the Willall Phase 2 intercooler makes a lot of sense as a simple performance upgrade for ANY A45 or derivative, and will provide cooler, higher powered running under ALL conditions, as proven by Willall Racings extensive testing and development program.

 

PHASE 2 SPECIFICATIONS AND NOTES

Phase 2 Intercooler has the following features -

- Massive cooling system capacity gain over factory

- Cooler inlet charge, hence more power and torque available under all conditions

- Great performance at the drag strip or race-track where there is no performance 'lay-over'

- Can be used on its own or as an upgrade to Phase 1 or Phase 1.5 systems

- A required modification when running higher than factory boost pressure to keep charge cooling under-check

- Dense/efficient intercooler core design manufactured in Australia

 

 

A250/CLA250/GLA250

PHASE 1 TUNING

Taking a good thing and making it even better, the 250 series Phase I system endows the turbocharged two litre MB engine with enough power and torque to take it from 'hot hatch' up to seriously quick performance levels. This is all done without sacrificing economy and actually improving daily driveability.
